Eu não entendo porque eu gostava de Bukowsky quando era adolescente. Hoje, ao relê-lo vejo o quanto ele é misógino e se por um lado ele se defini como uma pessoa indiferente, suas palavras mostram uma necessidade de explicação, como se o autor estivesse pedindo perdão e necessitasse da piedade do leitor. Talvez eu já não sinto mais pena dele. E o encanto acabou
