About the Author
Born on April 12, 1932, in Monte Carmelo, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Waldo Vieira is a physician and dentist, and holds a postgraduate degree in plastic surgery earned in Japan. He has been having lucid out-of-body experiences since the age of 9 and has been an independent researcher of the consciousness and its manifestations outside of the human body for over 30 years. Dr. Vieira is the founder of the International Institute of Projectiology and Conscientiology. Waldo Vieira is a long-standing member of the American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR) in New York, USA, the Society for Psychical Research (SPR) in London, England, the Brazilian Association of Parapsychology in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and others. He has assembled one of the largest libraries in the world dedicated to consciousness research and has authored over 11 books on the subject.
