Livro morno. 🫤

Li esse livro em português no ano de 2020 e achei muito fraco, então decidi reler em inglês pra saber se o problema era a tradução, mas não, de fato a trama é fraca.
Trata-se de um romance que se passa num Tribunal. O suposto criminoso(a) já está em fase de julgamento e o que Poirot pode fazer a respeito é tentar voltar e achar provas que afirmem ou neguem a culpa do réu/ré.
A ideia é boa, amo tramas que se passam em Tribunais, mas tudo é muito raso; Poirot tem pouco espaço para se desenvolver na investigação - afinal esta já está conclusa; e, por fim, o assassino(a) é facilmente descoberto pelo leitor...
Infelizmente uma trama fraca e morna da grande rainha do crime. 🫤
