Wow

What can one say about this book, but "wow"? Why are humans set to destruction? A pessimist tale painted like surrealism. You won't understand many things, like "who is the protagonist I'm following right now?", but understanding is overrated. You'll understand enough - like sometimes, in a painting, colors are just colors and their form doesn't really have to mean anything. My guess is that if you're into physics, you'll understand more.But it's science fiction, anyway. The author is subverting concepts and ideas to create a metaphor, in a fictitious world. You don't have to understand physics to clearly picture how the fake shield was broken with vibration, or things like that... You understand that the shield broke. Beautiful prose. Inventive universe. Amazing scenes. Touching pessimism. Precious subversion. Read it, if you can.
