They are full of gory details from the history of different nations. In all of them teachers are mocked and comparison between them and violent rulers were made. I didn't like the attitude that teachers should be punished with torture. Humor doesn't justify that. The one thing I especially liked in these books was, that writer reminded readers = children not to uncritically believe history as it's written.
