A série toda é muito bem escrita, com uma personagem principal forte e cativante. A parte meta(-meta?) é muito legal, sendo divertida a comparação entre o "autor" no livro e o "autor" do livro no seriado.

Infelizmente, a conclusão do ramo principal de história que manteve a série de livros inteira conectada - o assassinato da mãe da detetive - deixa bastante a desejar por sua simplicidade... ou talvez essa seja só minha revolta por sua insignificância.

Vale a pena ler de qualquer forma.
