Do autor de "The kind wrth killing"

Depois de ter amado o livro "The kind worth killing" de Peter Swansson, publicado no Brasil com o nome de "Eles merecem morrer" pela Globo Livros e que obteve a polpuda nota de 4.03 no Good reads, resolvi ler outro livro dele que teve uma nota péssima.😒

Achei interessante o mesmo autor ter dois livros com notas tão diferentes, um escrito em 2014 e outro em 2015.🤷

Trata-se de "The Girl with a Clock for a Heart" publicado no Brasil sob o nome de "A desconhecida". As traduções destes autor tem sempre titulos toalmente diferentes do nome original 🤔. Enfim...

Tive que concordar com a nota baixa e continuo quebrando a cabeça para saber como pode ter tanta diferença. É como se a nota ruim deste livro em 2014 tivesse impulsionado o Peter a se reinventar em 2015 e saiu um livro excelente. #especulando🧐

Não vou dar spoiler mas o livro começa bem e termina mal. E esta opinião não é só minha porque depois de terminar de ler fui olhar os comentários no Goodreads e cheguei a conclusão que é unanime.

Se quiserem tentar este autor, sugiro fortemente seguir para o livro de 2015 "The kind worth killing" ou "Eles merecem morrer".
