“Dreams of Gods and Monsters” é o volume final desta trilogia composta por conflitos envolvendo seres sobrenaturais conhecidos como serafins e quimeras. Tal como os volumes antecedentes foi uma leitura cansativa em deliberados momentos, contudo ainda incomodou-me ao precipitar o progresso de uma situação relevante próximo de seu desfecho enquanto pecava em desenvolver selecionados personagens ao transcorrer da história.
Todavia em sua generalidade, foi uma trilogia fantasiosa sensacional e bem escrita com uma agradável ambientação que aos poucos evoluiu em questão de fluidez— O universo criado por Laini Taylor foi único, cômico e encantador de se acompanhar e, apesar de não me contentar com a superficialidade de alguns indivíduos com extremo potencial, foi uma experiência admirável e intrigante que definitivamente me inclinou a conhecer outras obras desta autora.
