gente, eu NEM SEI o que dizer sobre esse livro. já tinha assistido a série, então achei que não ia gostar tanto do livro por já saber o que iria acontecer, mas liane moriarty é uma das minhas autoras favoritas e consegue me fazer rir, chorar, ficar com um nó na garganta e refletir muito durante 500 páginas. um dos destaques é como ela aborda a violência doméstica, mostrando realisticamente o ciclo de abuso, pensamentos disfuncionais, manipulação e como é mais difícil do que pensamos para a vítima sair de um relacionamento assim.

madeline é uma das minhas personagens favoritas da vida, tanto na série quanto no livro, e celeste e jane me fizeram quase chorar em vários momentos. esse livro é uma obra de arte e discute sobre MUITOS assuntos importantes, e quem não ama um bom suspense com mulheres ricas e cheias de segredos??

a escrita é perfeita, fluida, capítulos curtos, um suspense arrebatador e plot twists incríveis. na minha opinião o livro e a série se complementam. recomendo MUITO ambos.

TODOS precisam ler esse livro maravilhoso, estou muito emocionada e com o coração partido que terminei, pois esse livro foi meu companheiro durante vários dias, é o tipo de leitura que você não quer que acabe. cinco estrelas e favorito, um dos melhores do ano e da vida. simplesmente amei e lerei tudo que liane escrever.
