Eu não esperava gostar tanto desse livro

Quando peguei esse livro para ler, fui de forma descompromissada. Estava buscando algo um pouco diferente e ele pareceu uma boa opção.

Na verdade, acabou me surpreendendo muito positivamente. O horror e o suspense estão presentes do começo ao fim, mas o enredo é muito mais do que apenas isso.
Essa é uma história sobre morte, e a citar Markus Zusak em seu célebre A Menina que roubava Livros “Quando a Morte conta uma história, você deve parar para ler.”

Esse livro é sobre morte, mas também é sobre vida. Sobre família e sobre escolhas.
Sendo sincera, ele não é nada de muito original e nem muito elaborado, e acho que foi justamente por isso que eu gostei tanto. A simplicidade da escrita e do enredo, por si só, deixou a jordana ainda mais humana e especial.

Achei um livro bastante fluido e que cumpriu tudo o que se propôs a entregar, e a sensação agridoce que ficamos ao terminar é de ter uma jornada encerrada junto com a protagonista.
