Picking up from last issue, we follow the missle as it rockets towards, and carries off, Wolverine. Using his claws and some fancy arial maneuvers, he flips over the top of it just before it crashes into a rather solid chunk of building and explodes. Spider-Man sees the explosion, but doesn't have time to investigate as helicopters arrive carrying some trigger-happy soldiers who start aiming for him. Peter slings some web onto one of the choppers, but the blade cuts through his webbing and he crashes into an apartment. Unharmed, he rushes to the explosion, but can't find a trace of Wolverine anywhere. He looks around frantically, calling Logan's name, but Wolverine hides in a nearby alley and doesn't stop Peter from leaving.
