Selina chega mais próximo de descobrir quem é o gangster que está dominando a sua vizinhança. Ela escapa de uma tentativa de homicídio e vai em uma das casas do Barracuda. Lá, além de dar uma surra nos capangas, no confronto destrói algumas relíquias. Tenta fazer contato com um policial, mas este faz parte do esquema do chefão. Quando ela se vê cercada por mais policiais corruptos és que surge o Robin para ajudá-la. Acontece mais uma morte de alguém importante do bairro e os populares vão a rua para protestar, mas parece que os bandido não gostam muito e começaram a se preparar para da uma "lição" nos manifestantes.
