Eu comprei esse livro no dia do lançamento, mas só agora tive tempo para ler.
Eu fiquei curiosa para ler o livro, pq a alguns anos atrás eu visitei The Biltmore Estate e me apaixonei.
Biltmore Estate é um lugar lindo, fascinante, com uma arquitetura maravilhosa, uma biblioteca privada de dar inveja, com muita história interessante e com vinhos deliciosos.

Agora, sobre a história..... o pai de Serafina trabalha na mansão. Ele e Serafina moram escondidos no porão da mansão.
Serafina tem que fazer de tudo para não ser vista, para não serem descobertos. Mas como Serafina é uma menina muito curiosa, ela adora andar pela casa, observar as festas, as conversas, os visitantes e os moradores.

Crianças começam a desaparecer na mansão e Serafina curiosa como nunca, tenta desvendar esse mistério. Serafina descobre sobre seu passado, de onde veio e que é uma criança diferente e muito especial.
