É uma ótima leitura para conhecer sobre a cultura de Laos. Alguns contos não me prendeu tanto, acho que pode ter sido pela intensidade da sequência e os finais abertos - que particularmente, não sou tão fã -, mas no todo são contos lindíssimos, e trazem muitas questões culturais, de tradição daquele povo, e nos faz até mesmo querer conhecer um pouco mais. São contos lindos, e um convite ao respeito e ao olhar mais humano sobre o outro.
