A democracia é algo ameaçador. Assim como o povo. América luta contra a opressao, luta por seus sonhos democráticos e proibidos. E o personagem que recebe o nome da hq é um espectador localizado ao lado, mas que está sempre presente. Figura interessante para dizer talvez o oposto ao que ele é.
