Yoshihiro Togashi
Togashi recebeu em 1987, pela história Ookami nanti kowakunai!, seu primeiro trabalho como profissional, o Prêmio Tezuka. Tezuka, que foi nomeado a partir de Osamu Tezuka (criador de Astro Boy) é o prêmio concedido a artistas de quadrinhos mais influente do Japão. Em 1990, começou a desenhar a obra, Yu Yu Hakusho, que saiu na revista Shonen Jump, da Shueisha, até seu fim, em 1994. Yu Yu Hakusho foi compilado em 19 volumes tankobon. Um ano depois, ele criou Level E, mangá que conta a história de uma alienígena que veio a Terra para conquistar o mundo.
