O que mais me tocou foi perceber como, enquanto Shelby acreditava estar apenas “cumprindo obrigações” ou “inventando desculpas” para suas ações, na verdade ela já estava vivendo, se permitindo reconstruir. É um romance sobre resiliência, perdão e a possibilidade de encontrar beleza mesmo na dor.
