Já li alguns livros e vi alguns vídeos sobre leitura rápida (ou "leitura dinâmica", como costumam chamá-la por aqui), e até um livro sobre aquela vigarice de "fotoleitura", mas, dentre todos eles, este é certamente a melhor escolha. É escrito com o tom realista, objetivo e prático de quem lecionou por anos no mais famoso curso de leitura dinâmica de todos os tempos, o Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics, e sabe tudo pelo que um aluno do curso pode passar, todas as dificuldades e descobertas.

Além das técnicas para aumentar a velocidade de leitura (que, após as tais seis semanas de prática, aumentaram minha velocidade inicial, de 250 palavras por minuto, para mais de 1000 ppm - já cheguei a 1733 numa leitura normal - com compreensão aceitável), o autor fala também de excelentes técnicas de aprendizado, que por si só já aumentariam bastante a rapidez e eficiência de sessões de estudo, mas, somado a uma velocidade maior de leitura... certamente faz milagres.
