Research-based positivity made attainable
The book offers a wealth of research-founded evidence that both positivity and negativity are important in our lives. Its premise is that we can resort to a toolkit of interventions in order to increase our positivity and flourish. Likewise, these same tools can help us decrease our negativity and strike a balance between our positivity/negativity ratio. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to apply all the suggested activities from the book.
