Uma excelente introdução a programação

O livro pretende ser uma introdução aos aspectos gerais de programação. Aspectos como algoritmos, programação imperativa, busca sequencial e binária, computação científica, etc, são abordados. Todos estes conceitos são ensinados usando-se a linguagem Fortran. O uso desta linguagem é apropriado, sobretudo, para o uso em computação científica, particularmente, naqueles problemas onde o desempenho é crítico.
