Flush: A Biography, an imaginative biography of Elizabeth Barrett Browning's cocker spaniel, is a cross-genre blend of fiction and nonfiction. O amor pelos olhos de um doguíneo

Virgínia sempre surpreende. Fazia algum tempo que eu queria ler esse livro, mas só agora consegui realmente. Talvez por ter perdido recentemente o meu próprio Flush, me senti mais conectada com o cachorrinho protagonista dessa curta história.

Muito bom, foi como ver Virgínia transfigurada em um animal dócil e adorável como são os cães. E ele ser o cão de companhia de Elizabeth Browning foi a cereja do bolo. O cão de uma grande poetisa só podia ser mesmo todo cheio de pensamentos profundos como o de Flush.

Amei a leitura, de filhote a velhote, foi ótimo te conhecer, Flush.
