Encantador e emocionante

🧸 É uma história fofa mas trágica sobre a amizade entre uma boneca e um fabricador de bonecas durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.

🧸 The Dollmaker of Krakow é um livro de fantasia bem encantador. A história vai acompanhar dois momentos diferentes e em mundos diferentes. O primeiro deles é na Terra das Bonecas, um lugar fictício e também vai se ambientar em Cracóvia ña Polônia. O que esses dois momentos têm em comum, está acontecendo uma terrível guerra. Na Terra das Bonecas os vilões são os ratos, já na Terra, são os alemães.

🧸 A história vai ter momentos brutais, até porque os alemães fizeram coisas terríveis na vida real e aqui, mesmo sendo um livro fictício, a autora vai abordar essa crueldade também, principalmente claro, com os judeus que aparecem aqui.

🧸 Eu me encantei com todos os personagens queridinhos, principalmente a nossa protagonista boneca, Karolina. Mas eu sofri e chorei por esses mesmo personagens e também xinguei os alemães.

🧸 The Dollmaker of Krakow é um livro fofo e encantador, mas mostra a brutalidade e a crueldade infligidas a inocentes pelos alemães durante a 2GM, enquanto aborda a magia. Eu me emocionei e recomendo para todos os leitores!
