LUCY DILLON foi criada em Cúmbria, um condado do norte da Inglaterra. Leu vários livros na Universidade de Cambridge, depois um monte de revistas como assessora de imprensa em Londres, e aí leu os manuscritos de outras pessoas como editora de ficção.
