o livro não me prendeu muito no começo, eu enrolei um pouco para ler pq queria prestar atenção em cada detalhe. foi o primeiro livro em inglês que eu li e tem a temática de mistério, então tentei ficar atenta

nos “flashbacks” do passado que acontecem ao mesmo tempo do livro, as coisas são mais interessantes, mas a história atual mesmo só foi ficar interessante mais ou menos depois da metade, onde acontece a morte de um aluno e a personagem principal tenta desvendar tudo

a partir da morte do garoto, o livro fica mais interessante e me prende mais, pelo fato da personagem desconfiar que não foi uma morte acidental

também amei a “vibe” do livro, um dark academia com mistério

enfim, gostei muito e mais para frente pretendo ler os outros 🤍
