Excelência em literatura de fantasia

Acho que não vou falar muito sobre esse livro. Não, não dá. Seria apenas tecer elogios e mais elogios sem parar, falando o tanto que o livro é ótimo e que VOCÊ DEVE LÊ-LO AGORA! Esse é O livro de fantasia. É incrível. É ótimo.

O cenário são os Seven Kigndoms, reinos unificados por uma das casas nobres do continente. Aqui o clima funciona de uma maneira diferente. Invernos e verões podem durar mais de dez anos e quanto o inverno chega, o mundo se prepara para se encolher sob o frio. Recentemente, o antigo tirano foi destronado e o rei Roberto subiu ao poder.

A história começa a ser contada principalmente a partir do ponto de vista da Casa de Winterfell, liderada pelo honrado Eddard Stark. Cada capítulo é escrito segundo o que um personagem sente e quase todos eles são parentes de Eddard, como a esposa e os filhos. Envolvido na política do reino contra sua vontade, Eddard percebe o quanto é difícil lidar com a corrupção e as intrigas da corte, sofrendo para proteger os filhos.

Todos os personagens são interessantes e apaixonantes. As reviravoltas são ótimas e sempre que parece existir um clichê, esse é descrito com tanta maestria que você diz: amo clichês!

Eu fiquei apaixonado por esse livro e estou esperando ansiosamente pela chegada do restante da série, cada vez mais louco para continuar a leitura. Cinco é uma nota muito baixa.
