Acabou de receber o prêmio de livro mais chato que eu já li

Eu não poderia ligar menos para esses personagens e o rumo da história (que não chegou a lugar nenhum, na minha opinião).
A Eleanor deveria ser uma personagem esquisitinha de um jeito engraçado, porém 80% do livro é composto pelo monólogo interno dela que foi insuportável de ler. Eu simplesmente corri com a leitura porque eu queria terminar logo e poder nunca mais pensar nessa história de novo. Não teve nada de engraçado nessa história (o que é prometido na sinopse) e na verdade a Gail Honeyman colocou vários tópicos sérios, que não me interessaram nem um pouco.
Depois de ler e odiar vários livros de ficção adulta (Musical Chairs, This Time Next Year e The Switch), eu definitivamente vou ficar um tempo sem ler esse gênero novamente.
