António Rosa Damásio
António Damásio é um médico neurologista e neurocientista português que trabalha nos estudos do cérebro e das emoções humanas. Licenciou-se em Medicina na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, onde veio também a doutorar-se. Após uma estada no Centro de Investigação da Aphasia de Boston (EUA), regressou ao Departamento de Neurologia do Hospital Universitário de Lisboa. Entre os anos de 1996-2005 Damásio trabalhou no hospital da University of Iowa. Atualmente é professor de neurociência na University of Southern California.
