Avery mostra que atitude é tudo!

Someone To Love é um livro muito romântico e agradável de ler. Aqui temos a Anna Snow, uma órfã e professora que nunca soube quem eram seus pais e quem a mantinha no orfanato durante toda a sua vida; e Avery Archer, Duque de Netherby. Uma reviravolta do destino coloca Anna no centro da aristocracia inglesa e ao lado de Avery. Anna é uma personagem íntegra, carismática e em nenhum momento demonstra rancor pela sua origem e abandono. Avery, por sua vez, é igualmente interessante, aquele tipo de pessoa que merece uma segunda olhada, não apenas pelo seu título, pois ele entende que atitude é tudo. O herói é diferente de qualquer duque que eu tenha lido, melhor eu não dizer o motivo, mas posso adiantar que ele é extravagante no modo de vestir, sempre com aquele ar blasé, um homem de uma beleza quase feminina, cujo estilo e comportamento compõem uma máscara. Juntos, Anna e Avery formam um casal muito lindinho e romântico. Esse é um daqueles livros que nos acrescenta uma mensagem de otimismo e vivacidade, de amor e esperança, algo que aprecio em uma leitura. Ao meu ver, porém, a narrativa é apressada em alguns momentos, tirando um pouco o brilho da história.
