    We take how to breathe for granted, but is not

    We are born and we automatically start breathing. Because of this, we assume we know hot to breathe, but we don’t. Most of us, actually, does it totally wrong because we do it through our mouth most of the times. We by doing not only this mouth breathing thing but a lot of other things wrongly, we get to the point where we my feel anxiety, panic etc… So it is important to learn how to breath. Believe me! In this book Patrick teaches how to switch from mouth breathing to nose breathing and delivers several techniques to improve your quality of life and performance on sports.
