City of Dragons é o terceiro livro da série The Rain Wild Chronicles da autora Robin Hobb série que se passa no mesmo universo de o aprendiz de assassino. Depois ter lido o primeiro livro e achado bom e ter lido o segundo e gostado mais ainda eu estava com muitas expectativas para esse terceiro livro mas infelizmente eu não gostei tanto como os dois primeiros, acho é porque eu achava que depois do final do segundo livro que nesse terceiro já estaríamos mais avançados no plot principal no qual os personagens foram inseridos mas só dois personagens que desenvolveram um pouco o plot principal e a maioria dos outros meio que ficou no mesmo lugar no qual eles estavam no final do segundo livro. Claro que o livro tem pontos bons também como retorno de personagens icônicos como Malta, Reyn, e Selden que serviram para dar um quentinho no coração para quem leu a trilogia dos navios vivos e gostei muito de ler o ponto de vista deles. No geral foi um livro legal mas bem abaixo dos dois primeiros e espero que o livro 4 que é o último dessa série seja melhor que esse porque eu estava gostando muito dessa série e não gostaria que ela terminasse sendo uma decepção no final das contas, mas pra quem gosta de todo esse universo da Robin Hobb eu acho que ainda vela a pena fazer essa leitura só vão com as expectativas controladas.
