This is not an original work but a rendering into modern English of Richard Misyn's Middle English version (1434 C.E.) of Richard Rolle's "De Emendatione Vitae." It is a very short work (only 12 short chapters long and 58 pages), but some of the chapters are among Rolle's best. It is followed by a translation of his "Fire of Love," which is 57 pages. Total book length is 115 pages.
