Este provavelmente é um dos 10 melhores livros que já li e mexeu comigo de formas muito diversas e profundas. Nunca imaginei que um livro sobre um tema tão pesado e doloroso como estupro pudesse ser também filosófico de uma maneira bem humorada. Os arquétipos das mulheres representadas pelas 8 integrantes da reunião são muito pungentes e bem construídos e refletem o prisma plural das maneiras de se lidar com a violência e com o trauma num mundo misógino e patriarcal. As reflexões sobre religião, culpa, medo, natureza humana e principalmente sobre amor me fisgaram de tal forma que vou ficar por muitos dias digerindo essa leitura. Estou animada e ansiosa para ver como a adaptação pro cinema ficou, e pretendo reler essa obra no futuro, que consegue condensar assuntos tão fortes em tão poucas páginas. Quero muito ler outras obras da autora. Recomendo este livro de olhos fechados!
