The book brings interesting points, ideas and facts, all using an easy writing. I loved it and will probably use it as a research in the future many times while working in new projects.

Important to point out, even though I'm an architect and read to study, it is for everybody who wants to understand a little more about our minds and how to find joy in every aspect of life.
