Arthur Kipps, a junior solicitor, is summoned to attend the funeral of Mrs Alice Drablow, the sole inhabitant of Eel Marsh House. Não esperava esse fim!!

Uma história de fantasmas clássica inglesa. O único problema é que demora um pouco para engrenar.
Para ser sincera, o sentimento que tive lendo não foi medo, mas curiosidade para saber como acabaria a história. Criei vários fins em minha cabeça, mas não estava preparada para o desfecho do livro.
