Finally, I finished this book series in English!

Finally, I finished this book series in English! (I’ve already read it in Portuguese). My favorite part in this book series is the narrative voice (because of that I prefer Percy Jackson than Harry Potter). I really love Percy’s humor. Percy is the best boy, he is fun, kind and strong, he is always trying to do his best and I like how he leads the story. Besides, the way that Rick Riordan uses the dyslexia and ADHD as a special thing that means you are different but because you are demigod and that is a really cool thing, it is so creative. I also like the positive adults in this series and how they trust and support the children in their quests and decisions, I love Percy’s mother and Chiron. They want to protect them but they also support them. To me, the way how Rick Riodan conected the old greek mythology with contemporary things to construct the Percy’s world is so genious. I also like how Rick brings greek myths to the story and how everything is connected, everything makes sense and is easy to understand. The world was very well constructed and sometimes I felt like “omg, I wanna be their friends, I wanna be there”
