DEAD GIRL WALKING!
10/10 book!
At first, we can notice that Pip is struggling to deal with her past trauma, and to be honest, it was one of the best parts in the whole book. It was a new experience to read about this "new Pip", a realistic one, especially when she thinks that solving a new case would also solve her problems.
"Who will look for you when you're the one who disappears?" I can't even imagine how overwhelmed she must have felt, maily when Andie's dad was revealed to be the DT killer/her stalker. I won't say much about those parts cause they were very long but 100% the best parts in the book! "Save herself for yourself" she really did.
"Hey Sarge, remember me?" Ravi Singh, the only man to ever exist. Funny, handsome, helpful, comic relief...
HE WAITED ALMOST TWO YEARS FOR HER! I cried SO HARD reading those last scenes, they both deserve so much better. The only thing that keeps me sleeping at night is the fact that Holly Jackson said they got married (+I really need a book on that).
