Mas recebi solidas recomendações que seria um livro que "mudaria a minha vida" e até o próprio livro diz isso — para algumas pessoas pode até ser — mas minha experiência foi um pouco decepcionante. Em algumas partes do livro senti que o autor queria encher linguiça para fazer o livro ficar maior. Tem algumas poucas partes que são realmente interessantes, mas são tão poucas que acho que nem vale muito a pena.
