Depois de pensar no que fazer, e contrariando todos que pensam que ele não é capaz de cuidar de um bebê, ele se muda para a pequena cidade de Briarwood, onde havia comprado uma casa há meses. E também onde havia conhecido Molly.

Molly, desde o início se mostrou uma ótima amiga e sempre ajudou Dex quando ele precisou. E é fofo ver como o sentimento entre eles vai evoluindo.

Também conhecemos a vida de vários outros moradores, como Frankie, Amber, Lois e Hope.
