Mais uma vez essa série se mostra ser uma grata surpresa pra mim!
Em A King's Ransom continuamos conhecendo um pouco mais a fundo o "novo Dan" e Amy, agora um pouco mais velhos, mais experientes e com uma equipe em quem se apoiar.

"This is different from the thirty-nine clues. You're not on your own. You have a solid team behind you. So reach out."

Esse team up com a família era uma das coisas que eu mais desejava ver nessa nova temporada e tô amando tudo isso!
Aqui, Amy parece ter encontrado a voz que ela tanto procurou durante a caçada as 39 pistas, sem contar que, além de dar ordens e saber fazer ameaças, ela também chuta alguns traseiros com propriedade.
O meu medo recai, no entanto, sobre o "novo" Dan. Apesar de estar amando hard essa nova versão do Dan, temo pelas escolhas que ele ainda fará nessa temporada, principalmente no que diz respeito ao Soro, já que ele tem toda a fórmula gravada em sua mente.

Os últimos capítulos desse livro foram um verdadeiro plottwist e bugaram a minha cabeça! Eu precisei voltar para reler eles.. e mesmo depois disso, ainda estava incrédula com o final mind blowing!! Não vrjo hora de começar a leitura do próximo!
