Assim como o primeiro livro, possui uma escrita agradável e fluída que facilmente lhe prende na história— Estava tão imersa no enredo que finalizei a leitura em menos de um dia. A narrativa envolvendo piratas e sirenas é algo que me satisfez por completo, e honestamente estava desfrutando desse volume ainda mais do que o anterior. Entretanto, tristemente, a autora cometeu o mesmo erro de enrolar um tempo considerável com os acontecimentos, deixando o final frenético e mal desenvolvido.
Na generalidade, foi uma duologia para lá de divertida que, apesar de tudo, me cativou demasiadamente— com certeza amaria ler mais livros com essa temática de fantasia no futuro.
