Me surpreendeu

Pensei que era mais um livro de auto-ajuda e como não curto muito o gênero tinha baixas expectativas. Mas de auto-ajuda esse livro não tem quase nada. Os casos relatados são bem interessantes e as partes que falam sobre a ciência do cérebro são fascinantes. Pontos negativos: algumas verdades absolutas me incomodaram um pouco e tem uma hora que fica meio repetitivo...
