Revelador

Eu não sabia nada da Guerra Civil espanhola e esse livro abriu minha mente de um jeito incrível.
Às intrigas dos interesses políticos no só na Espanha mas na Europa toda e a participação da população geral em uma revolução que nunca foi.
Não é uma novela é uma autobiografia. Adorei quando Orwell fala da su experiência ao ser ferido no pescoço e sua descrição das trincheiras... O fedor, o lixo, os ratos... Horrível.
Fiquei com muita vontade de ler mais sobre o tema, antes, durante e depois da guerra, mais pelas intrigas políticas que pelas batalhas.

Recomendo.
